I just got an air fryer and plan to make chips/fries put of sweet potato, carrot, beets, zucchini and any other vegetable I can think of.

I bought one to use for the year. I personally didn’t find it to be so helpful especially since even though it looks big since the machine is big, the actual pan is quite small. For instance when I would try making chicken for my dh and me I had to make several batches. Of course it depends on what machine you would get, but if you decide to get one I would definitely check out the pan size first.
