I found some delicious-looking pancake recipes but (like a LOT of the newer recipes) they all have almond flour or ground nuts, which we can't use due to allergies. I tried one recipe with cottage cheese but it was not a hit, to say the least...
Anyone have a tried-and-true yummy and easy pancake recipe for breakfasts when we start getting sick of eggs? Gebrokts is fine. No nuts, coconut, or quinoa.
Thanks!

Thanks! We're not big fans of farmer cheese. I don't want to have to toss them like I did with the cottage-cheese pancakes... I'm hoping for something closer to normal chametz pancakes.

Those look good! I'll try them out, thanks! Maybe I'll use cake meal for a better consistency.
