All the cakes and cookies have loads of sugar and pot starch. Anyone have choc cake or cookies recipe with low sugar?

They have pesachdig sweetener with hechsher to use instead of sugar

I just made KBD Pesach biscotti without chocolate chips and 3/4 of the sugar recommended. They were...ok. But much better after I actually toasted them biscotti style, which I don't usually do.

I make these macaroons. Easy, little sugar, no mixer needed.
2 egg whites, unbeaten
6 oz blanched ground almonds
1/3 cup sugar
Half fresh lemon, squeezed
Cinnamon, opt.
Just mix all in bowl with spoon, adding nuts last. If mixture is sticky, put in refrigerator for hr or more. Form very small balls, bake for about 10 min, or until tops crack a bit
