I don't think anybody would be thrilled to get a coconut macaroon LOL
But I bet they'd enjoy a piece of crunchy matzah.

An update: I wound up being on the road for almost two days. I forgot the immersion heater so I drank only bottled water from the bottle.

I took along vacuum packed cold cuts, smoked salmon, cheese (I found three ounce containers so that worked out well), and some oranges. I was hungrier than I have ever been. Well, I thought, at least I'll lose the weight I put on during the first days. No. I came home and weighed myself, and I'm three pounds more than I was when I left Sad . Maybe fluid retention from the salty foods I ate.

Far worse was missing family time during Chol HaMoed. Sad
