My local grocery has takeout for pesach and I bought the most amazing Chinese sweet and sour chicken (I don’t know what it’s called, it’s the kind with peppers I assume it’s called sweet n sour) and I saw sesame chicken there too. I was floored! I didn’t know you can make this stuff for pesach. I want to make it and home and was sure I’d find lots of recipies online but besides for one which looks iffy I’m not seeing recipies. Does anyone have recipies for pesach Chinese chicken?
Thanks!

Pesachdik Duck Sauce
1 Tbsp oil 1 large red onion, finely diced
6 Tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced or very finely chopped
1-1/2 Tbsp lemon juice or juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tsp potato starch 1 c. orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion with oil and sugar over medium flame for 10 minutes, until syrupy.
Add ginger and lemon juice to pot. Disslove potato starch in orange juice, and add to pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Thank you so much for your replies!
No we don’t eat kitniyot it was sesame chicken without the sesame :-)
The sauces sound great. I was wondering how to batter the chicken nuggets to get that chewy Chinese texture.
