When do you want to go to Davos? I was there 3 times in the summer. It is truly beautiful. Full of European Yidden. There is so much to see in Davos, if you like nature and hiking. Every mountain has a different attraction. If you can stay in a nice hotel like Seehof and only eat at Levins, you have the best of both worlds, but only after Tisha bav (I think)

Canadian Rockies - stunning!
Boca Raton, Florida (soooo relaxing, tons ot koeher food options)
Italy - can be go to Rome for Wednesday, Thursday and then Venice for shabbos, Sunday
Arizona as others have mentioned
Good luck deciding and enjoy!

In Davos there is another Kosher hotel Cresta. They will iyh open shavous time for the summer. Hotel is nice. Food very delicious. Lots of nature!
