What is a reasonable monthly budget for food and household items? (includes paper towels/toiletries, etc) This would be for a family of four, with two small early elementary school aged children.
Thank you!

It really all depends on your needs which everyone has differently but what you can do is sit down see what u use and base a budget off of that. If you shop in Costco you would need a once In 3 month visit etc.

I echo this. Sit down and see what you use. Review a months worth of your grocery bills carefully and categorize each item into two separate categories - necessity or luxury (can do without). Then see how much you're spending in each group. Necessity should largely outweigh the luxury.
