I use a drop in quite often and it’s happened a few times that I told her a certain time but brought my baby half hour later or picked him up a little earlier. Do you pay from the time he was there or the time you originally told her?

She may have a policy in place for this.
In general, I recommend paying for the time you reserved. The sitter is unable to accommodate another child if she is expecting yours.

If you arrive late, pay from when you said you would arrive.
If you pick up late, you pay the extra.

Agree with posters above! You pay for time you reserved and overtime if you picked up late!
