Dose anyone have a good and eazy recipe for biscotti?

someone posted this on another thread:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup choc chips
1/2 tsp cinnamon with 2 tsp sugar mix and sprinkle on top of the 2 logs formed.
Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes
Cut into pieces and rebake for 10 minutes.
Disclaimer: this is from my memory although I think it's pretty accurate
Tip 1: I never rebake it after I cut it, it's much softer like that which we enjoy
Tip 2: I add 1/2 cup oats to it to make it slightly healthier and it's yum
