I don't know anything about the hasgacha but I was always under the impression that frozen greenbeens don't need hashgacha if nothing is added to them. Ask your lor

Of course not, anything outside Brooklyn is suspicious.

IMHO, this is not a good forum to ask about hechshers. We are all from different walks of Orthodox Judaism and hold by different things. It may be perfect for one person and not for another. It might lead you to think that something is fine for you which isn't, or CVS it may needlessly cause slander of someone's name.
OP, please ask your LOR and others, please don't respond either way. If a person is asking who provides the Hashkacha, that is one thing, but to provide opinions on to whether the person is reliable or good, is another.

There is no chief rabbi of Holland. There is chief rabbi of Amsterdam or chief rabbi of Dan Hague and so on...
And yes they are very reliable. I even eat meat from there hechsher and I'm very careful (if that would make any difference)

Star K told me (specifically when I double checked about this product since it was organic) that it doesn't even need a hechsher, so it really doesn't matter who the rav hamachshir is. All green beans are kosher. There are no additives, and it has not been cooked.
