you can, but in my experience, the noodles would taste better in a kugel, for example. meatballs, it depends; I hven't had luck in freezing them (they get an off taste) but most other ppl aren't as spastic as me.

What will happen is that the spagetti will absorb a lot of the sauce, will get a bit more mushy, and the sauce taste will disappear. If I were you, I'd freeze the sauce and meatballs (either together or apart, and both will freeze beautifully) and make the pasta when you're ready to eat. Will that work for you?

I have frozen pasta (lasagna, baked ziti, etc.) but both had cheese and other stuff, to keep them interesting. If you do want to freeze them all together, heat up some extra sauce on the day you're serving. Personally, when I serve spaghetti with sauce, I like some pasta without the sauce, so I can add sauce to my liking.

Of course you can. The only way I know is by trying it! I freeze everything, for a dare! It works best of you take it out in the morning and allow it to defrost, and then just heat and serve. Defrosting in the microwave or oven dries it up.

And yes, I even freeze celery!

Freeze the meatballs and make spaghetti fresh every time you serve.
