It's my first time using a crock pot and it is not a very advanced one. It is a rival crockpot and has only three options low, high and warm. What do I put it on for food to stay edible until Shabbat afternoon?

What are you cooking in the crockpot? For chalont, cook on high for about 3 hours and then put it on low.

But low is still for cooking..
What is wrong with warm? will the food spoil on warm? It's already cooked.
