They’re probably waiting for their cheesecakes to cool down so they can decorate it. Or they’re so far advanced, already setting the table.
OTOH, such advanced ppl are probably not “night workers” , but organized principled people not spending the night chatting away about trolls

Hmm, even in LA night Seder is done already. In Australia it’s the kids coming home from school- kvetch- supper- homework- I’m bored time.

I have no clue what you're all talking about and now I'm so upset I missed the fun
Guess I won't cook dinner tonight and just stay glued to imamother in case something happens!

Absolutely! was great!
I was headed to a pity party for a meltdown but then decided to log in for a couple of minutes. was a great choice! Had such a laughing attack over the comments on that thread that I reconsidered & went to sleep with a smile on my face.

I didn't see what the outcome of the lawsuit was, but I can't imagine there's no room for a religious exemption at most schools. |
I was also wondering what happened to that thread-- and then found this thread about missing threads
I mentioned the Yale 5 in my comment on that thread. They lost, but what that meant was that they still had to pay for housing for the first 2 years. They never actually lived in the dorms. The religious exemption they were hoping a Supreme Court victory would give them, was an exemption from having to pay large sums of money (on top of Yale tuition) for a room on campus they would never use.
Not an attempt to restart a thread that apparently was locked for a good reason, but if any non-trolls have legitimate questions about sending their children to Ivy League schools they are welcome to PM me
All the best,
Odelyah
