Looking for a recipe for salmon that I've had that has lots of sauteed onions, soy sauce, and possibly some brown sugar. Baked.

I usually cook this recipe:

Sauteed Onion and 3 pieces garlic/crushed
Place about 5 slices salmon on top
cover with water
add: 7 oz. Sugar
sprinkle:
salt, pepper, paprika, crushed red pepper
cook for 1.5 hours.

This is very delicious. I never tried baking this recipe.
