I'm ordering some online groceries and I'd like to buy some ricotta cheese. Usually you can tell from the picture if something has a hashgacha, but in this case I can't tell.
Is Polly-O ricotta cheese kosher? Thanks!

It's kosher, but not CY, so if you're having CY guests that's something to consider. Polly O string cheese is also kosher now.

Yeah, a number of Polly O products have the OU now. Used to be just the ricotta, but now it's a few more.
