Any ideas which buttons I'm supposed to be pressing so that it doesn't go off?

Depends on your model. On mine you hold down bake time and start time together for 4 seconds and the display of the oven temp changes to Sab. If you go to frigidaire's website you can download the manual which will tell you how too do it. (Sorry I didn't see this before Y"T - I hope it all worked out.)

Bumping this up. I have an old Frigidaire digital oven. It seems to turn off after 12 hours. Any ideas??
First time we'll be using it for yuntif as we moved into a house rental.

You can very often find how to do it online.
