Does anyone have this recipe?
I do not want the one with avocados, mushrooms ,hearts of palm one
a different one please?
I once had it by someone's house, was delish
something like candied nuts, spinach, grape tomatos...

and I add craisins and red onion, sliced. I do a vinegar dressing:
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 c. oil
salt and pepper to taste
The spinach goes soggy and shrinks really quickly so I always toss with dressing right before serving.
