My 15 month old is back in my room, in my bed...
He used to sleep nicely in his crib, woke up maybe once for his pacifier.
The last 3 weeks he wakes up and refuses to go back to sleep unless I bring him into my bed where he sleeps nicely.
I wake up crippled and exhausted.
How can I get him to stop coming into my bed.
Cant let him cry since he throws up very quickly.
Please help with good advice. The cry it out method does not work for me

Can you put a small mattress at the foot of your bed? Even a sleeping bag would work.
Tell him that mama is right there, but you need the bed because you are a big grownup. He is welcome to stay, but he needs to be in his little bed.
I'm hoping he is old enough to understand that. My DD understood a lot more language than you'd expect, even though she spoke a bit late. You never know what they're understanding.
It's either that, or you just keep putting him back in bed, over and over and over again, until he realizes that resistance is futile. This will be exhausting for the first week or so, but eventually it will work (unless your child is extremely stubborn, like mine was.)

I should try a small mattress, but as u say, he is sooo stubborn. I give in much faster then him.
My husband is good about keeping up with his stubbornness but he sleeps peacefully through all of this.

It's up to you, but you may just need a bigger bed!
I was a single mom for a long time, and DD slept with me until she was almost 12. Severe separation anxiety. Even extensive therapy and parenting classes didn't help. Then one day, she decided she wanted her own room, and that was that. Literally overnight, no more co-sleeping.

I also had a baby like that. Have you ruled out medical causes which ended up being the reason my baby couldn't sleep well

The vomiting is a red flag. Feel free to pm me for the story, I don't like to post it.

His throwing up comes from since he is a little baby since he doesnt use his voice right.
I know already he needs voice lessons.

That's very likely a contributing factor to his inability to sleep
if he's in pain he'll want comfort from you
