How long after freezing cookies would u eat them? They have techina in them instead of oil, otherwise regular oatmeal chocolate chip cookie ingredients- eggs etc

If the freezer was on the entire time, I would use it as long as it didn't get a freezer taste/burn.

For how long after freezing would u still eat it?
Freezer was on the whole time.
