Amazing, I'm happy for your daughter and family. I also understand. My baby was sick and I remember the nes often. To many people, it's past. But to me, I re-live the pain, fear, and horror and the beautiful nes over and over again. There are no words to describe getting to keep your little girl. I still thank Hashem every day.

I could’ve written this myself. Relive it all the time. And thank Hashem all the time too.

My daughter isn't a baby anymore.
She actually wants to write her own book
But as I write my "part' (which she said very accurately is most of the book) about when she was much younger-for her to rewrite into her book-I literally relive the moments I'll never ever forget.
The fear, the emotions, etc.- obviously not in the same way because we thankfully know the outcome by now
But it could be the smallest things I remember that affected me alot
Silly comments people made, judgy things people said, it teaches sensitivity to others along on the journey. Siblings of course too. My other children are so sensitive to others pain.
We've all learned so much it's indescribable to others.....
