If you don't have children when you're young, you have a good chance of never having children.

Don’t laugh but until I got married I had no idea you can vacuum your carpet-less floors. I saw my mil doing it on motzei shabbos the first shabbos we were there and was surprised.

When you read a recipe you don’t follow it at face value. It needs to make sense. There are typos sometimes and different things that can go wrong

I didn't know about the ammonia and bleach reaction. I went to clean the bathtub and ended up cracking the enamel like a cracked car window.

I didn't know what the elastic was for on fitted sheets.

I didn't know you had to lock the zipper on the mesh bags when you were washing tzit tzits strings.

Are you talking about married couples and infertility or people who don’t start trying to have kids until later (older singles etc)?

Yup. I made mustard gas. I ran out the door choking. I think it was interesting the way it cracked the enamel.

In a pinch, you can clean practically your whole house with baby wipes. This becomes obvious when you think for a second about what they're designed to clean. Wink

But not on leather couches. They break down leather, so gotta splurge on a special product for that.
