Anon, cuz I asked people in RL
How many Tshirts, Skirts, and Shabbos outfits does a 9th grader need for a half summer in camp?
Heimish type camp, if that makes a difference

My younger sister went to Machaneinu/Baiseinu. she bought 8 tshirts, 2 shabbos outfits, 6 skirts. some girls bring 4 shabbos outfits so they don't need to wash them, delicate material etc.
most of the stuff she didn't buy new, from other years etc

12-14 t shirts
6 skirts
3-4 sets of shabbos
6 pantyhose
1 robe or maxi
6 pjs
16 prs socks
16 undies
2-3 bathing suits
Keep in mind laundry is picked up every 8 days. Find how how long it takes for it to come back.

Keep in mind that the girls are heading to camp for second half two days before the 9 days. The camp is not doing laundry until after the 9 days - so you need 2 more days worth of clothes making it at least 10-12 shirts needed.

This sounds about right
I would add 2 more pantyhose
Plus 1 terry coverup/robe
