I am fasting. I stopped nursing recently and still on minipill. Do I just skip or take with a drop of water? I can't swallow without water. If I skip, am I increasing chance of getting my period dramatically?

Ask a Rav. Your Rav will probably say to take it with a drop of water, (or to try taking it with no water). But do ask!

I never took the pill with water. Woke up in the morning and swallowed one. Never had an issue.

I always take it with no water. That's not a problem for 9 av, but what do people do on YK?
