Something really good with lots of flavor
I can serve cold or room temp
BUT
Must be as low carb as possible and
no processed sauce with sugar

Sauté diced onion .... minced garlic ...diced red pepper diced tomatoes ...sliced mushrooms once all veggies are wilted thru add one can tomato sauce salt (oregano optional) once cooked thru add small handful of shredded mozzerella cheese ....add sautés and salted zoodles to this veggie mix

I should have specified
It’s for Shabbat, a salad
Maybe sesame or pad Thai
But I want a tried and true recipe

I prep the zoodles then add homemade or store-bought pesto. Yum!

how do you prepare them? do they need to be cooked or sauteed or legt as is?
