I'm starting to plan my freezer cooking for postpartum. I'm going to make beef stew but I also want some one pan chicken and vegetable dishes to pop in the oven. I try to avoid too much sugar and right now bell peppers gross me out but otherwise I have no restrictions. Id appreciate any ideas, doesn't have to be exact recipes. Thanks!

I stuff chicken with sautéed onions and garlic. Freeze raw. Bake frozen about 3 or four hours in the oven.
If you want an exact recipe please post.
Otherwise I also freeze breaded (raw) cutlets that I just bake fresh..

Delicious honey sauce recipe from Jamie Geller’s quick and kosher (pretty sure you can throw the sauce on and freeze raw) (recipe is on this site somewhere but not sure if credited to Jamie geller
