Hi imamothers!
Does anyone know of (or live in!) a community in Durham, NC? Or anywhere within commuting distance? There is a small chance that we could relocate there (temporarily, for a few years, no yeshiva-age kids to worry about just yet). I found a Web site for an Orthodox kehillah, but it did not seem like much - it seemed to imply that there are a few people trying to start a minyan.
Presumably there is a Chabad at Duke University but we're not Lubavitch...

Is there a community in Raleigh? That looks possibly commutable. Because Charlotte isn't.

I don't have any updated information but a family member went to UNC Chapel Hill many years ago when they were just starting to become frum and said there were only a handful of frum families.
