What type of funished basement apartments are availible these days in Boro Park ? Looking preferebly for a 2 bedroom (couple with 2 young children) very minimal kitchen / dining as shabbosim and weekends won't be spent there.... is this set up realistic and what can we expect to pay ?

ask someone from BP to get you a copy of the Torah Times in the supermarkets, good listing of rentals. also shuls. call and ask about consition of the place , size in sq ft, has there been flooding in basement? price? and utilities are included?
and then you go and you see a few to get a a feel of what you can get for your $
