10 years - great endorsement and good for you!
But I thought the CW for surgery was to be 100 lbs. overweight. OP's nowhere near there.

You can be overweight, not 100 pounds, with high blood pressure or pre diabetes or a medical reason that you need to lose weight and get approved

Also in this boat....I am 5"2 and 163 pounds. I would love to lose weight. I think it's more excercise by me but just no patience. I can probably cut down food wise also. I don't eat any dairy, white flour , white sugar.
Today I ate:
A RX bar in the morning
A leafy salad with salmon for lunch. A bit of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing.
Another bar when I got home.
Supper was flounder, baked sweet potato and Yukon gold potatoes , peas and lettuce.
I only drink water

I Know I need to drink more Also.

Any help how to lose my weight? Wanna lose 30 pounds ...

Read up about insulin resistance and it’s causes. It’s great that you aren’t snacking! If you shifted your macronutrients a bit you might find it was more effective over time. Because insulin resistance.

The point is to keep doing it. Like any ‘diet’ it will fail when you stop. If anyone is interested in this I suggest the obesity code, the diabetes code and the fasting book by dr Jason fung.
