When I was there three years ago- they did not come around . I went to the room myself and got food.
There is a Shabbos elevator and they’re strict with security but I was staying with a family member for five days and I didn’t have any issue.

Was just there and no one walked around. There was stuff in the bikur cholim room but it’s in the main hospital and a bit hard to get there on shabbos. We brought our own food and were relieved we did
(Don’t get me wrong I’m super grateful for what they did have. Such an amazing chessed and it has saved me many times during the week.)
