Would you cook it or throw it out?
Results from Google seem to say should be used within 1 -2 days, wondering if I should just go ahead on the third day as well.

Throw it out. Raw fish is not something you mess with. Even two days I probably wouldn't use it.

If it's been in the fridge all this time, I would sniff it and if it smelled okay I would go ahead and bake it. Of course if you think it's a bit off, throw it out.
