I have an instant pot and love it. You can find lots of recipes online. I make a honey garlic chicken, beef and broccoli, meat for yontif, as well as soups. It’s great! Whatever we’re in the mood for I just go and google a recipe for.

How long does it take to cook most of these things?

About 30-45 min for the chicken and soup. About 75 min for brisket, Pastrami etc. this doesn’t include the time it takes to pressurize before it starts cooking.

I'd love this recipe!!
I was skeptical about my instant pot but it's so good for things like soups, stews, and sauces.

I make compote and applesauce in my pressure cooker all the time. Cook the fruit for 10 min under pressure.

Whatever recipe you want to make, just look up the recipe on Google with the words "instant pot" in the search bar. That will give you an idea for how long to cook it for. Also, remember that you don't need as much water as you would bec the pressure releases the liquid in the food. For example, rice on the stove is 1:2 and in the Instant Pot it's 1:1.25
