Don't.
If they are keen to learn w you that's another story. If so give more info of what they are interested in.

I need a mussar book, teen is not fluent in Hebrew so I need in English and not familiar with any suitable one

I second honeydew.
I assume you want mussar, and not hashkafa (like Rabbi Tatz, The Thinking Teen's Guide to Life, other wonderful sefarim). For mussar, maybe something like Gateway to Happiness by Rabbi Pliskin.
