Long story short, my 5 yr old daughters school shoes fell through and I am hoping to purchase today. Which store would you recommend reasonable prices (what's reasonable?) and still have shoes in stock?

They have school looking shoes? Or you are referring to sneaker type? (No judgement, just trying to figure what I would find there)

I've found very affordable at DSW.
I also heard there are shoes at Bingos but the lines are insane.

For dd, I got a navy blue slip-on sneaker with a dark gray sole for $65. I think it looks very schoolish. You'll find "more real" shoes there - but for higher prices.

try Shoe Spot on Kennedy- I think all shoes were $82 (not cheap, but lowest price for shoes in Jewish stores, unless you can get sale shoes from a previous season) Lines are usually short
