Dose anyone know of a good minute roast recipe for yom tov?

My favorite is ginger ale, ketchup, and onion soup mix poured over the roast. Bake 350 for about 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours until done. I put any vegetables in the pan too- potatoes carrots onions etc
