My 2 year old wakes up consistently(too early) at the same time every morning- shabbos, sunday, weekday... Any suggestions how to help her sleep a bit later. Her room is pitch black and there is no noise in her room. At her current schedule she is sleeping almost 12 hours at night with a very small nap during the day. Appreciate any suggestions...

What time are you putting her to sleep?

I would say try putting her to sleep later. I put my two year old to bed around 7:30 or 8 and that's when she ends up waking up in the morning

Put her to sleep later and maybe cut out the nap-depending how long she sleeps for.
I find that when my toddler takes a nap it really effects her sleep.

Hugs op, it's one of those exasperating things that they eventually grow out of.
I wonder if cutting the nap would work. Some kids wake up at a certain time no matter what time they go to sleep. Maybe keep some safe toys around so that dc can occupy themselves a bit more before they need full time attention from mom.
