I think it's a little high considering the mileage. Check out Kelly Blue Book's website at https://www.kbb.com. They have a calculator that asks specific questions about a vehicle and will give you its value.

Everything sounds good but the mileage is high...you have to find out how much longer it will last you and if its worth it to spend 13k for that.

My parents got a 2014 sienna when it was 2 or 3 years old for 15k with 32k miles on it. This sounds very expensive
