I am looking for a table-service restaurant in Lakewood or Toms River where 2 adults can eat a nice meal for around $60-70. Dairy or meat is fine, and we don't need appetizer, drinks, dessert to fit into that price range. Thank you.

Wait, did you mean $60-70 per person or total?
Entree's meat entrees would be $50-60 per person, chicken would be $30-40 per person

Ottimo has great food but if you go at a busy time it gets very squishy/not so private
But you can get a delicious meal for $100 total including dessert.

I love upper crust!!! Amazing milchig place good food and amazing service. It’s my go to place.
