I have been making fish heads for years. Nobody eats it and my kids usually cover it because it grosses them out. Should I continue making it?

I've never done fish head but used to do head of lamb. Dh doesn't want it anymore so last few years we say the Yehi Ratzon of heads of jelly fish.

Where do you get head of lamb? What does it look like?

At the local butcher (not supermarket). You get one side of the face, a profile, teeth and all.  I roast it and the little pieces of meat on it are delicious.
