First time mom here, and I have no family to ask questions to...
my 3mo baby has a huge diaper rash...started off small, but over YK it spread even onto her chubby little legs... is this a reason to see a doc? to suspect something more? she isn't even crying or bothered when I change her diaper. or is there just an ointment I should use?

Sounds like a fungal infection to me.
I'd go to the doctor to get a prescription ointment.

Could be a yeast rash. Go to the dr. They will give you a prescription.

I would go to the doctor for a nystatin prescription. In the mean time, apply liberally vaseline with corn starch on top. It's messy but works wonders.
