We need an academically challenging program with solid frum girls.
Out of town/ open minded is a bonus.
Does anyone have current first hand knowledge?

My DD has friends who are currently in Rinas who fit the description of your first sentence.

As they are Lakewood-in-town girls, I don't know about the second.
