We're looking to rent out our house in Flatbush/Midwood area. Would anyone know the best way to do so or advertise so that we get the right clientele?

I like Airbnb.
Not sure how you'd handle kashrus.
Another option is macherusa.
You'd still have to ask your rabbi about kashrus tho

Not sure which area or clientele but you can also post signs in the local Yeshiva / shul... Ie in the Agudah / Young Israel / etc
