DD is 2y this month. She’s an easygoing smart girl and I think she would pick up potty training fairly well in the next 0-3 months.
I’m due in December. Should I try to train her now or wait for a month after the baby is born?
Really don’t want to have to deal with regression, not sure if that is likely or not.

I would wait. 2 is really young and it's far easier to hold off on a diaper change for a few minutes then to drop everything and run to the bathroom with your daughter every time she needs to go. You'll have your hands full with a newborn soon and right now it's probably hard for you to bend down to clean up any accidents that might occur.
