But I see it's soooooo individualistic from PPs... spa night, organizer, zumba etc would not do it for me.

If my day was not so bad, It has to be after 8pm. My kids really prefer when I put them to sleep. I hate events that start at 6:30 or 7pm.

A speaker who is amazing and a really hard/rare get.
A lot of the other suggestions, and this one too to sme extent, will only work for me in certain seasons. Try not to schedule it the same weeks as midterms or finals, or parent teacher conferences.

I love the comedy night idea. Some of these other ideas are ones that people can enjoy with all types of people/religions--say paint night, but a clean comedian is a niche market for people who don't enjoy crude jokes. Yes, I know there a few non-Jewish clean comedians out there, but it is still the minority. Who couldn't use a laugh?
