The paint splattered on an expensive white shirt.
Is there any way to get it all out??

Safest thing is to take it to a dry cleaner and tell them it’s oil paint. You can try a home dry cleaning solvent like Carbona or paint thinner, but these are toxic and not something you want to have around, esp. if you have kids. ETA wear gloves and work in a well-ventilated area if you must DIY. Open a window or work outdoors no matter how cold it is.

Try rubbing alcohol. This just happened to my neighbor and she says it worked like a charm.
