Hi everyone
I need some ideas of food for motze shabbos.
I am very careful all week, and watch everything I eat on shabbos.
Comes motze I crave carbs and sugar. Pasta and grilled cheese.

I need some really tempting ideas to keep me on track.

Wrap pizzas satisfy my cravings while still limiting the carbs

Sounds like you want comfort food. What if you had a minestrone soup with some noodles in it or french onion soup with one small crouton and cheese melted in top.

I make myself pizza pita or matzoh pizza toasted well done with marinara sauce and shredded cheese. Yum!

I usually have omelette with veggies or shakshuka with pita (if I have leftover matbucha I use that)

MMMMM! Was going to suggest this as well - sooooo good!
But measure the cheese because it's so easy to go overboard.

Thank you for all your ideas!
All sound amazing.
I like the soup idea- prep all the veg before shabbos and cook up fresh soup.
Same with zoodles.

I live in England. Never had spaghetti squash, if anyone knows where I can buy it, please lmk!
I’ve never spotted it in Tesco or Sainsburys.
