If one wears pads for light urinary incontinence, how do they deal with making brachos, saying tehillim and davening? Do they constantly change their pads even if they are basically okay still (and wouldn't need to be changed otherwise)?
What happens if they sneeze in the middle of shmonah esrei and have some leakage?
Thanks

Absorbed or covered urine (in a pad or cloth) as long as it does not produce an unpleasant smell is not a problem for davening.
The same applies to a mother davening holding a child wearing a wet diaper.
