When baking in oven, is it better to have them packed closely together or should leave space around each one.
Thanks!

Leave space so they don't stick together when removing from pan

Space. So they can cook or broil well.

Give them space. If they are right next to each other they won’t cook evenly and will take much longer

Why is this a stupid question!? I like to leave some room between each slice.

Dunno, I guess I think that most people just work these things out for themselves I like to get step-by-step instructions for everything...
My next question is how long I can leave salmon out without refrigerating it. I really like the salmon better when it hasn't been in the fridge, but not sure if that's possible if want to serve tonight... Even if I make it relatively close to Shabbos, there's still quite a bit of time before the meal...
