Normal room temp and humidity. Not in bathroom or kitchen, which experience frequent periods of heat and humidity. Your bedroom is likely a good place as long as you don’t crank the heater up to “flash fry” setting.

Yup, a pantry that's not near a refrigerator or oven (those sometimes get warm).

And it depends on what it is and what your weather is like.
But normally it would mean a living room or bedroom type of temperature/humidity. Some kitchen cabinets as posted may be hotter or more humid for some reason.
Heat and humidity is more of an issue than cold so if you live in a hot climate with no air conditioning, you probably don't have a cool dry place - although a desert would be dry :-).
