I need ideas.
Something appropriate for kids ages 2-18. Boys and girls both.
It's even better if it doesn't take tons of prep time and doesn't cost much.

Memory using cups (turned upside down). Each set is a prize they can keep like chanukah nosh or little cute prizes. We did it one year. They loved it.

*Chanukka themed "taboo"
*memory game with photos of two different items that go together, eg: picture of a car belonging to a family member and a photo of owner
*memory tray game: bring in a tray with 30 different misc items, everyone has 3 minutes to look. Then you take it away and everyone has to write down as many things as they can remember.
The last one is great for all ages. Even young kids who can't write can draw a picture of what they remember. Takes seconds to put together.
