I made a really nice list of all birthdays and anniversaries for them. I also made a hadlakas neiros and eishas chayil poster which I am gonna frame with a picture of all of us children and grandchildren on it.

I bought 4 nice hand towels at elegant linen last year. Total was about 50. They were on sale maybe 20% off. They were nice and great quality and are being enjoyed!
We chipped in once for silver mezuza holder or digital photo frame.

My parents took yearly pictures of us, but informally. So one year I coordinated my siblings and we got pics taken at Target.
Another option... Recreate pictures you took as kids. My mom and her sibs just did that.
